EU Withdrawal From Contract

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal (referred to as a 'cooling-off period') to cancel a purchase contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

All goods being returned must be unopened, free from damage and must include all parts originally provided.

Items are to be returned in their original packaging, and at the customer's expense (unless faulty) to: What Florence Did Next, 3 Kingsfold Court, Kingsfold, West Sussex, RH12 3SW, United Kingdom.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or provision of tracking information for the parcel.  The charges paid to post the order originally will be deducted from the refund.
